Custom Orders & Deposits:

Custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

A Deposit fee as stated in the project pricing is required to get you in our books for a custom order. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the order ships.

You will have several chances to makes changes and verify all sizes are correct before the order is complete. Lane Custom Leather is not responsible for incorrect measurements given by the customer.
