• Shipping Information

    Tracking information is provided via email for all purchases made through my website. All of my orders are shipped through USPS. Once any item is dropped off and scanned by USPS, Lane Custom Leather is not responsible/liable for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged products.

    At checkout, double check your shipping address before submitting your order. Lane Custom Leather accepts no liability for information that is incorrectly entered. If your order is returned due to an incorrect delivery address, there will be additional shipping charges to ship the item to the correct address.

    Lost packages must be reported to USPS immediately. If your package was scanned as delivered and you did not recieve it, contact your local USPS.

  • Return Policy

    Should your purchase not meet your expectations or satisfaction, unused or unworn product may be returned within 5 days of delivery will recieve a shop credit. After 5 days have passed you can no longer exchange product. If the product is received and has signs of wear/damage, it will be sent back to you and not eligible for return or credit. You are responsible for covering shipping cost for any returns.

    If you exchange for a new product, the cost of the returned item will be put towards the cost of the new item. If there is a balance left over, you will be issued a store credit for the remaining balance. If you do not wish to exchange, you will be issued store credit for the price of the item you purchased. This balance will not include the shipping cost.

    All SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Items purchased using a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return.


    ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, but will be credited to your remaining balance.

  • Terms & Conditions

    Custom Orders & Deposits:

    Custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

    A Deposit fee as stated in the project pricing is required to get you in our books for a custom order. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 50% of the total balance must be paid before the order is started. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the order ships.

    You will have several chances to makes changes and verify all sizes are correct before the order is complete. Lane Custom Leather is not responsible for incorrect measurements given by the customer.

    Hunter is the man behind the scene! Since 2018, he has been making custom leather goods with beautiful, eye catching tooling. He is self taught and is passionate about learning the trade.

  • Family

    Hunter and his wife Ally live in the panhandle of Texas near Palo Duro Canyon! They have 2 heelers, Deets & Danni. While Hunter isn’t working on leather and Ally isn’t at Vet School, they enjoy supporting local businesses and hiking the canyon.

  • Industry

    Lane Custom Leather stays involved within the industry by being a member of the National Bit, Spur & Saddle Collectors Association (NBSSCA), and travels to many leather expos and rodeos.
